Instead of making one big change, you should take small steps to improve your heart health. Once you start, you’ll find that change isn’t hard. This process can be time-consuming but motivates you to make big changes.

Here are some small steps to improve heart health for a better and healthier life,

Daily 20-minute walk for health. If you do not work out at all, a brief walk is an awesome way to begin. If you work out, this is an awesome way to include more workouts in your day for a healthy heart.

 

 

Make breakfast important. Start the day with some fruit and whole grains, such as oatmeal, bran flakes, or whole wheat toast.

Benefits of seafood. Eat fish or other seafood once a week instead of red meat. It is good for the heart, mind, and back.

Eat fruit or vegetables each day. Fruits and vegetables are cheap, delicious, and good for everything from your brain to your stomach and heart.

Improve yourself. Lifting a hardcover book or two-pound weights a few times a day can help strengthen your arm muscles. When it gets easier, move on to heavier things or join a gym.

Avoid drinking calories. The uses of sugary soda and high calorie, that are decrease the 100 or more calories in a day and try to avoid them. This can lose a weight equate to 10 pound in a year.

They are associated with better health, longer life, and prosperity, just as their opposites—chronic anger, worry, and hostility—increase high blood pressure and heart disease.
